Details
The meeting will be held at Doubletree Hotel in Modesto from March 12-15, 2009. Click here to download the SCA's recommended tourist destinations.

Stay for the free jazz/swing band after the banquet.

The conference begins with a public session on Thursday evening, March 12, and wraps up with symposia, forums, workshops, and general sessions at noon on Sunday, March 15. Some exciting social events will take place in the evenings, including the ever-popular silent auction on Friday, March 13 at the McHenry Museum and the Annual Banquet on Saturday, March 14 at the conference venue.

Remember, even if you don’t attend the Banquet (for which there is a charge), the doors open around 8 pm for all to enjoy the keynote speaker’s address for free.

There will also be a live jazz/swing band afterwards: Stella By Barlight!
